As a small business considering our emissions, we ask our customers to make thoughtful purchases. Please reference the product details or our online chat if you have any additional questions on products. We want you to love what you receive and keep it for as long as possible. 

 

Returns

For all returns, an $8 return label fee and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

Item(s) must be unworn and postmarked within 7 days of delivery.  All returns must be sent in original packaging, with no signs of wear or distress.   

Exchanges

For exchanges, there is a 15% restocking fee deducted from store credit from the original order amount [no shipping fee will apply].

International [Canada] orders are final sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Store credit for returns is the total price of merchandise, not including shipping, less the dollar amount for return shipping. *Please allow a timeframe of 5-7 business days after orders are delivered back to us for returns and exchanges to be processed. Processing times may be higher during holiday/sales.

    • Covered: Manufacturing defects such as clasp malfunction, broken chains, loose gemstones, and discoloration due to materials.
    • Not Covered: Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or lost items.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  4. Return Shipping: Ship the defective product to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us.
  5. Repair or Replacement: Upon receipt of the defective product, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a refund at the original purchase price.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover:

  • Incidental or consequential damages.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.
  • Custom or personalized items.
